Special Orders & Custom Items (Final Sale)

All custom-made items — including custom sizes, custom fills, and all made-to-order duvets and pillows, sheeting — are final sale. These items are produced specifically for each client and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and in as-new condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
