While researching, I had questions so I reached out and I can honestly say that I've very seldom had better customer service especially from a company that I was not yet a customer. I take larger purchases I intend to keep long term seriously, and Alex was not only helpful, but exceedingly patient with my constant questions. Their responses were thorough and always friendly giving me complete peace of mind.
Now, the duvet itself (Signature White Goose Down Duvet). Its truly unreal. Incredibly soft and fluffy but also light without any "crinkle" or any stiffness right out of the box. As for warmth, I've never experienced anything quite like it as it is incredibly warm to the extent that I no longer need a second blanket in the winter but at the same time it is somehow not suffocating or heavy in any way - I suppose those polish Geese know what they're doing. I appreciate the ethical standards they practice and quite frankly would not have purchased it if this was not the case. Thanks for a great experience and will definitely be back for more in the future.

I purchased a twin size for my daughter. Excellent quality. I wish I knew about this company when I bought my king sized duvet a year ago. Just ordered the pillow for her as well and can’t wait to get it. The duvet is so warm but can also be used during the summer, although I would say it’s for cooler sleepers because of the fill. It does feel light weight despite being so warm and full. Very well sewn, excellent organic cotton, and the fluffiness and softness is superb. But that is what you would expect from Polish goose down. My family has purchased original Polish down duvets since I was a child, but they were difficult to import from Europe or find in North America after we moved here. Well, I finally found it! Not to mention, knowing there are no chemicals used and it is non toxic which makes it that much more special, especially when you know a young child is sleeping under it. Customer service is also fantastic and quick to answer any questions I had about the materials and the manufacturing process. Spot on, Nrthrn! Thank you!
